I have decided to fully commit to two of these routines for the next 90 days. I will post updates at day 30, 60 and on the last day, day 90.
My Beginning Measurements:
- Waist = 25 inches
- Hips = 36.5 inches
- Thigh = 20.5 inches
The Routines:
- 50 jumping jacks
- 5 push ups
- 20 crunches
- 20 mountain climbers
- 30 second plank
- 50 crunches
- 30 side crunches (each side)
- 20 squat jumps
- 1 minute plank
- 2 minute wall sit
- 20 v-ups
- 150 calf raises (90: both legs; 30: right leg; 30: left leg)
